Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Board
Securely pack the hoverboard in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
